Shipping policy

Pre-made items will ship 3-5 days after payment has been made.

Custom orders will ship 5-10 days after orders have been placed. This is to ensure that there is enough time to complete the order to the customers specifications. If items are not available and must be ordered shipping can take up to 10-14 days. If this happens the customer will be contacted ASAP.
